1. Complete the registration process

2. Fill in your personal data and the questionnaire
Verification comprises two parts: the first step involves filling in your personal data and the questionnaire, the second step involves completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process
Click on “Verify now” in the user dashboard

3. Now start the verification process
Verification is generally carried out by providing an ID document, in this case your NFC passport and a short “selfie video”. You can easily take the required photos or videos with your smartphone or laptop camera during the verification process.
Click on “Confirm identity” in the Coinfinity user dashboard to get started
Select “With passport and NFC” as the verification method
Make sure that the NFC function is activated on your device and please have your NFC-enabled passport ready.
First take a photo of your passport and follow the guidelines. When scanning your passport, please make sure that no numbers or letters are covered and avoid light reflections.
Now take a selfie video in accordance with the guidelines.
Now scan your passport using your NFC-enabled smartphone. Please make sure that you hold your device directly against the passport and try to keep both still. The scan is complete as soon as the progress bar is full.
After successful verification of the data by Onfido and Coinfinity, you will receive another email.
Congratulations, you are now fully verified and can use all Coinfinity services without restrictions!
