The onboarding process for companies also begins with registration at www.coinfinity.co/register. After confirming your email address and completing your personal data and the questionnaire, you will receive a form that is essential for corporate customers and forms the basis for registration. This form is used to evaluate which additional documents may still be required. The following documents are always required:
Company register excerpt (AT), commercial register excerpt (DE), or equivalent document (other countries) - not older than 6 weeks
WiEReG excerpt (AT), transparency register excerpt (DE), or equivalent document showing the ownership structure (other countries) - not older than 6 weeks
Valid copy of the identity card of the management authorized to represent the company
Valid copies of the identity cards of the beneficial owners
Valid copy of ID of the contact person (if different from the management) Power of attorney for the contact person if they are not authorized to represent the company
Once your documents have been checked, the final step for the successful onboarding of your company is the identification process.
The quickest and easiest way to verify yourself is to use an NFC-enabled passport together with your smartphone. Simply log in to your account and follow the steps displayed in the dashboard. If you do not have an NFC passport, we also offer verification using the live video identification process.
Please note that verification may take several working days depending on the complexity of the company structure and additional documents may be requested.
