If you want to sell BTC, simply log in to your Coinfinity account. In the web portal, you will find the menu item “Sell” to the left of the dashboard. In the app, click on the large + button and then select “Sell”.

On the following page, please enter the desired sales amount and the IBAN of your bank account. Please check the details carefully before continuing.

After confirmation, you will be redirected to the next page, where our BTC receiving address will be displayed.

Please now send the displayed BTC amount from your wallet to our receiving address. The easiest way to do this is to scan the displayed QR code with your wallet. As soon as this transaction has received four confirmations from the Bitcoin network, we can initiate the payment and you will receive the EUR amount in your bank account. You will also receive an email notification from us.
